We are so excited you want to rent our space!

We welcome photo, video, content creation, and small gatherings of all kinds!
Our space has 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bathroom upstairs, a living room, dining room/conference area a fully functional kitchen on the first floor.
Please read through the policies below and agree to our rental terms.

CONDUCT
This property is zoned for short-term rentals. As a short-term renter, we ask that you treat the space with respect. We do not allow illegal substances, firearms, fireworks of any kind, dangerous chemicals, paint, glitter, or confetti.

Renters are fully responsible for their client’s and guest’s actions and will be held accountable in the event of an incident.

If our policies are violated or broken, we reserve the right to expel your party and cancel your reservation or the right to future rentals.

Until July, the owner of the space will be on maternity leave.

You will be given an access code to enter the space. We do ask that you lock any doors, turn off any lights, and clean up after yourself, clients, and guests when you leave.

AMENITIES
Three bedrooms with different themes; dark, light, and colorful. You are welcome to all of the props in each room during your session.

You are welcome to move furniture around as long as you lift it up so you do not scratch the floor on the first level.

The kitchen is also available for cooking. It is stocked with pots, pans, silverware, plates, and glasses, as well as some cute photo props and surfaces.

If you are cooking in the kitchen or using these props, please wash them and put them back where you found them.

*We will offer a cleaning service once our owner is back in July.

We also have a yard and you are welcome to use any part of it during your rental.

LIABILITY
Our doors have cameras, so we know who comes in and out of the space as well as the times you enter and leave.
We highly recommend liability insurance. It can run as low as $250/year and will cover your guests and you in any incident.
If you do not have liability insurance, you assume FULL responsibility for your clients, guests, and self if there are any injuries or incidents. You are using the space and amenities at your own risk.
We ask that you please leave the space how you found it. 

If the space is left in a lesser condition or there are damages and theft, the renter will be held accountable and charged.

Your credit card will be on file for liability purposes. If we see damages that warrant a charge, we reserve the right to charge the card on file to cover repairs, cleaning costs, or damages.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All reservations are non-refundable. You can reschedule and float your retainer to another date with at least 72 hours notice. In the event that a client is sick with COVID-19 or another illness, you can contact us about rescheduling.

Other Policies
We have a 10 person max for photo, video, or content creation sessions. If you want to host an event, meeting, or other kinds of gathering with more than 10 people, please contact us for booking at angela@thedivinegroup.co.

No pets are allowed.

Cake smashing is only allowed in the kitchen and requires you to fully clean up after yourself.

We do have business owners that utilize the basement during the week. Please check the boxes below so we can notify them if you need full privacy for your session. They occasionally use the bathroom upstairs for bio breaks.

Our sessions are scheduled 30 minutes apart. If you go over your time, you will be charged a prorated rate of $100/hr on weekdays and $125/hr on weekends.
