Twin Cities Brand Photography
Client: Forethought Planning – financial advisor, change maker, podcaster
In October of 2019, I was introduced to the incredible Shannon Foreman of Forethought Planning. She is passionate, energetic, and a bit silly. Needless to say, we instantly connected on both a business and personal level.
Unlike traditional financial advisors, Forethought Planning is on a mission to empower people who are ready to thrive in their lives through financial advising, wealth management, and coaching.
Her firm advocates for financial equity and is a change maker for womxn and the BIPOC community. Forethought Planning believes all humans deserve a chance in the world and through financial education and strategy, we can address the wealth disparities in our communities.
Over the course of a year, we did two brand photography sessions so she could create consistent content for Forethought Planning and her podcast Thrive For[e]ward.
Our first Twin Cities brand photography session took place in her office in St. Anthony, MN. She invited a few of her clients in to be featured in her photos. She ran through a few things with them in her meeting space and office.
Shannon also creates videos and podcasts, so we took a few solo images of her that she could use for the cover art and to promote these pieces on her social platforms.
The second brand photography session was purely focused on her podcast. She invited friends, podcast guests, and people in her community to participate. Her podcast features a variety of guests that talk about more than just finances, but share their personal stories and struggles with wealth, wellness, and making change.
It was an honor to work with Forethought Planning. We believe in their mission and align with their values.
If you are in need of a financial advisor who is about creating good not just in your world, but the community, head to their website or check out their podcast.
